MONDAY--Yellow dal & Fulka
Pulses are very high in fibre, containing both soluble and insoluble fibres, also provides important amounts of vitamins and minerals.

TUESDAY--Khichdi and Kheer
Khichdi is a wholesome meal that has the perfect balance of nutrients. The combination of rice, lentils and ghee provides with carbohydrates, proteins, dietry fibre, vitamin C, calcium, magnesium etc. The kheer is the most famous sweet dish. It is an excellent source of calcium.

WEDNESDAY--Black Channa and Fulke
It is beneficial in boosting the immune system, promote muscle mass, regulates diabetes and enhance hair, skin and nail health

★ THURSDAY -- Kadhi & Plain Rice
The aroma of curry leaves , tanginess of curd, the punch of fenugreek seeds, a kick of ginger and garlic---So many flavours defines kadhi.
